At Divers Republic Curaçao, we welcome divers who have completed their theory and pool training elsewhere and want to finish their certification in warm, clear tropical water. Our Open Water Referral Diver program allows you to complete your open water qualifying dives in Curaçao’s ideal conditions, guided by our experienced and friendly instructors.

With your classroom and confined water sessions already completed, you can focus entirely on enjoying your first real dives in the ocean. During your referral training, you will complete the required open water dives while practicing buoyancy, underwater communication, equipment handling, safety procedures and the key skills needed to become a confident certified diver.

Our team reviews your existing paperwork, ensures you are fully prepared and gives you a smooth transition into open water training. Curaçao provides perfect learning conditions with calm seas, excellent visibility and beautiful reef systems just minutes from our dive center. You will perform your skills in a relaxed environment and then enjoy scenic guided dives as part of your certification process.
